I have now specialized my paintings on TANTRA which is an ancient form of art, which symbolises the relation between man & universe. All manifestations, according to Tantra, are based on dual fundamentals---male principle known as purush ( cosmic consciouness ) & female known as prakriti ( cosmic force of nature ). My art symbolizes these powers. Most of my Paintings show a serpent, which is a metaphor for the kundalini shakti or the latent power in every living being. Tantra art is spiritual in nature & one needs to concentrate one's energies on paintings. I use watercolours in my Tantra Art, as it is very easy to express ones thoughts through this medium. They are the Artist?s flowing thoughts. Handmade paper is better suited for water colours. Tantra art is spiritual in nature and one needs to concentrate one?s energies on paintings, which is a unique art, which the Artist experiences, as compared to other Art Forms.
