Sara Lerota
Sara Lerota was born on August, 24, 1989, in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her inclination for art was noticed in her early childhood and it remains until today. Sara began her education in Fra Petar Bakula primary school and then continued in Fra Grge Martica high school. She is currently studying economics at Mostar University. more..Sara represented her country by participating in a world art project "PLUS YOU" which brought together artists from all over the world and which was organized by Brigitte Williams and exhibited at Woburn Studios (Slade-UCL) in London, United Kingdom.
Sara participated in numerous workshops in her schools. She also went to an art school in The Callamus gallery and she attended an art course organized by a graduate academic painter.She also participated in a workshop called �Imagination School� as a part of �Individual Utopias� organized by Lala Rascic and exhibited in O.K.C. Abrasevic in Mostar. Sara took part in illustrating the book Dramski talenti gimnazije Fra Grge Martica.
Her works were published in "Artists Gone Global" book which was organized, edited and promoted by Nini de la Vega and Art on Call Studios from California, USA. hide.. |

She was also selected by the Broadway Artists Group (BAG) as one of the Winners of the Art On Call (AOC) Awards and received the most votes from AOC Popular Choice Poll Awards for her pencil work.

Sara´s works are often inspirited by other artists, artworks, films or other forms of art. She is also impressed with European artists, most notably with the surrealistic style of M.C. Escher and works of Leonardo da Vinci.
