I draw a lot of my inspiration from traditional as well as popular culture. Some
of my images I arrive by chance, the others by experimentation. Without these
elements my work would not flow freely from one thought to another. Within
my drawings, I lose myself, rediscover myself and regain consciousness,
waiting to be lost again.
Life in its eternal pursuit of happiness and contentment, with variegated
experiences of joys and sorrows, successes and failures is of utmost interest to
me. More than the destination, these various possibilities which life throws
upon, are the connecting dots which bind my work. I see it as a mental diary
where a thought leads to another thought, and a drawing leads to another
drawing, hence creating a narrative.hide..
